Bunches is a family-owned business founded in 1989 by Erik and Sandra Hoving. It began as a small flower stall in the Four Seasons shopping centre in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. In January 1990, Bunches transitioned to a flowers-by-post service, operating from a factory in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. By 1992, the company expanded its services nationwide through all Post Offices and introduced the inclusion of chocolates with their flowers, a first in the UK flower industry. In 2001, Bunches moved to a purpose-built facility in Newstead Village, Nottinghamshire, to accommodate its growth. The company has continued to innovate, launching the UK's first entirely plastic-free "Letterbox Flowers" range in 2019. Bunches is committed to making a positive difference in the world, aiming to deliver happiness through their range of flowers, hampers, and gifts.
